What To Expect
At your first visit, the doctor will review your health history and discuss what x-rays will be needed to provide you with a comprehensive oral exam. After the exam, he will share his findings with you and develop an individualized plan if treatment is needed. This visit will be a good opportunity to ask questions and share any information you feel is important. Please review the content of our website to learn more about what services we offer.

Payments & Insurance
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional dental insurance plans. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all the cost of your care. As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file the necessary claim forms. Any insurance benefits will be estimated and the patient’s portion of the fee and any deductibles will be due at the time of service.
Payments and Fees
Our fees are based on the care, skill, and time required to provide high quality dental services on an individual basis. Payment is requested at the time of service. Financial options are available for patients needing extensive treatment. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, or Mastercard and Visa. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file your dental insurance for any services rendered.

Commitment to Appointments
In order to provide individualized care, we schedule our patients one at a time. This system only works when both the dental team and the patient are committed to the appointment. In the event of a scheduling conflict, we request a 48-hour notice to allow another patient to use the appointment.
