Initial Oral Examination
Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. We will also take any necessary x-rays. These may include a panoramic x-ray to evaluate the anterior and posterior teeth, as well as bite-wing x-rays for proper diagnosis of decay and bone loss of the posterior teeth.
